Refund policy

1. Return Timeframe & Conditions

Non-Defective Returns: 

  You may request a return within **15 days** of receipt if: 

  ✅ The machine is uninstalled, unused, and undamaged; 

  ✅ Original packaging, accessories, and manuals are complete; 

  ✅ Valid order number and proof of purchase provided. 

 

Defective Returns: 

  Within the 1-year warranty period, if the product experiences a functional failure due to non-human factors, we only support free shipment of relevant replacement parts (proof of malfunction via video/images is required).

 

2. Non-Returnable Cases

  ❌ Installed, used, or physically damaged machines; 

  ❌ Customized machines (e.g., engraved logos, special specifications); 

  ❌ Failures due to improper operation; 

  ❌ Returns beyond the 15-day window. 

 

3. Return Process 

  1. Contact Support: Submit a return request via email (inquiry@weissenbergwelder.com) or online form; 

  2. Approval: We will review within 48 hours and issue an agreement & return address; 

  3. Ship Back: Use original packaging with requested label; customer covers return shipping fees; 

  4. Refund: Refund via original payment method within 5 business days after inspection (shipping fees excluded). 

 

4. Additional Notes 

- International Orders: Customers are responsible for customs duties and return shipping;  

- Warranty Priority: Defects are prioritized for repair/replacement over refunds.
